Delivery Charges

FREE Delivery in the UK on order over £50. The Channel Islands, Offshore islands, Highlands, Scottish Islands Special delivery charges will be quoted on request. 

London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games

It has been well publicised that during the London 2012 Games there will be lots of congestion within a number of London postcodes. Because of this, parcels may be slightly delayed  we expect this to stop after the end of the Paralympic Games, week commencing 17th September 2012.

Additional delivery costs will apply to deliveries within the Olympic Village. Please ask our Customer Service team for a delivery quotation.

Large and Heavy Items

Please ask for carriage charges on the following items; porcelain basins, washpoints, hydraulic chairs, barbers chairs, portable, hydraulic and electric couches, large chairs, nail stations, reception desks and other large furniture items. This list is not exhaustive.

Overseas Orders

We welcome orders from anywhere in the world. Please remember carriage will vary on destination and weight of parcel. Carriage will be calculated at the end of your order. If there are any issues regarding the order, a member of our call centre will contact you prior to despatch. Customs

When ordering goods from Quartz Health & Beauty Limited for delivery outside the United Kingdom you may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied once the goods reach the specified destination. Any additional charges for Customs clearance must be paid by you; Quartz Health & Beauty Limited has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. If you are ordering goods from outside the United Kingdom, it is your responsibility to comply with all the laws and regulations in the country in which you are receiving the goods.

Cancellations

Prior to despatch, non standard items such as furniture/special order items, cannot be cancelled. Cancellation after despatch cannot be accepted.
